- SAE 100R2 Type AT - constructed with a
double steel wire braid reinforcement. For use with petroleum-based and

- Compact /Abrasion Resistant - for
applications where tight routing and/or severe abrasion may occur. Extended
service life and flexibility are featured. Sizes: 1/4" thru 1 1/4"
I.D. Pressure: 2000 thru 5800 psi.
- Spiral - constructed with 4 spiral
layers of steel wire reinforcement for severe impulse and pressure
applications. For use with petroleum-based and water/glycol hydraulic fluids or

Ultra High Pressure
- Spiral - Constructed with 4 or 6 spiral

Sewer Cleaning - Multi-purpose hose for
maximum durability in cleaning sanitary service lines. Elastomeric core with
fiber braid reinforcement and urethane cover. Conforms to WEMI suggested

Wire Braided - High performance hydraulic
hose with elastomeric core tube. Reinforced with either steel wire braid, or
with aramid braid and high tensile steel wire braid. Sizes: 3/16" thru

General Purpose - Low pressure hose with
PVC core tube, fiber reinforcement and PVC cover for industrial air and water

Flame Resistant - Medium pressure
hydraulic hose with elastomeric core tube, fiber braid reinforcement and
flame-resistant cover. Cover resists weld splatter, sparks, short-duration
flames and is self-extinguishing. Sizes: 1/4" thru 3/4" I.D.
Pressure: up to 3000 psi.
Non-Conductive - Medium to high pressure
hydraulic hose with less than 50 micro amps leakage under 75,000 volts per
foot. Elastomeric, polymeric or copolymer core tube with fiber reinforcement
and urethane or polyester covers. Sizes: 1/8" thru 1" I.D. Pressure:
up to 5000 psi.
Carpet Cleaning - Specifically designed
for carpet-cleaning water systems. Smooth, seamless thermoplastic inner tube
specially compounded to be used with hot water. Fiber-reinforced, non-blooming
thermoplastic cover. Sizes: 1/4" thru 3/8" I.D. Pressure: up to 1750
psi.
Low Expansion - Polymeric core tube with
fiber braid reinforcement and urethane cover for offshore drilling applications
and others requiring minimum volumetric expansion. Sizes: 3/16" thru
1" I.D. Pressure: up to 5000 psi.
Pure Water - Medium pressure hose for
potable, distilled, and de-ionized water systems. Plasticizer-free,
thermoplastic core tube with fiber braid reinforcement and urethane cover.
Sizes: 1/4" thru 3/4" I.D. Pressure: up to 2750 psi.
TUBING
Polyethylene -
flexible polyethylene tubing is extruded from high molecular weight resin for
increased dimensional stability, uniformity and long-term strength. Its
resistance to environmental stress cracking greatly exceeds that of ordinary
polyethylene tubing as measured by ASTM-D 1693.
Polypropylene - may be
used at higher temperatures and working pressures than polyethylene tubing.
Resistance to hot water and hot corrosive acids is excellent.
Nylon - flexible nylon
tubing is carefully made from high-grade, abrasion-resistant, heat and light
stabilized nylon. Resistance to stress-cracking, greatly exceeds that or
ordinary nylon tubing. Extremely low level water absorption.
Polyurethane - It occupies
a unique position among polymers, sharing the best properties of both rubber
and plastic. The tubing is tough, strong, kink/abrasion resistant, yet flexible
and easy to assemble.
Fluoropolymer - in FEP,
PFA, PFA-HP, and TEFZEL® resins - is designed for a wide range
of high purity and corrosive resistant applications. The non-stick
characteristics of Fluoropolymer resins, combined with their low extractable
levels and chemically inert nature, make this tubing ideal for aerospace,
automotive, electronics, food & beverage, medical, pharmaceutical, and
chemical processing applications.
MULTITUBE®
TUBING
Single Line Metal -
plastic coated single line metal tubing contains a tube of copper or 316L
stainless steel-cover jacket of corrosion-resistant PVC or polyethylene.
Multitube®-Metal -
Multitube® Instrumentation & Control tubing metal bundles
feature multiple copper or stainless steel tubes used for transmission of
pneumatic signals, other gases, or liquids. Each individual tube is printed
with tube number at two-inch intervals.
Multitube®-Plastic
- features multiple thermoplastic tubes: Nylon, TFE, polyethylene, fire
resistant polyethylene, and high-density polyethylene instrument tubing. Used
for the transmission of pneumatic signals to monitor or control process.
Multitube®-Armored Plastic
- designed where corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical protection
for the tubing is required in transit, in storage and during and after
installation. Instrument tubing is used for the transmission of pneumatic
signals to monitor or control process.
Temptube®/CR Tube -
consists of a single tube thermally insulated with a non- hygroscopic glass
fiber insulation and PVC jacket overall. Designed to provide an economical and
highly efficient method of conveying steam, cooling water, or cryogenic fluid
such as liquid nitrogen.
Temptrace®-Heavy Steam
Trace - consists of single or double process tube(s), direct tracer,
non-hygroscopic insulation and PVC jacket overall. Applications include
pressure transmission and analyzer sample lines carrying heavy distillates,
gasses, or vapors.
Temptrace®-Light Steam Trace
- consists of single or double process tube(s), isolated tracer,
non-hygroscopic insulation and PVC jacket overall. Ideal for simple instrument
line freeze protection and viscosity maintenance applications.
Temptrace®-Self Regulating
- consists of single or double process tube(s) traced with self regulating
heating cable, heat transfer foil wrap, non-hygroscopic glass fiber insulation
and 105° C black PVC jacket overall.
Applications include analyzer, impulse and instrument lines, small diameter
process lines, stack gas sampling line, and utility lines.
Temptrace® Constant Wattage
- consists of single or double process tube(s) traced with constant wattage
heated cable, heat transfer foil wrap, non-hygroscopic glass fiber insulation
and 105° C black PVC jacket overall.
Applications include analyzer, impulse and instrument lines, small diameter
process lines, stack gas sampling lines, and utility lines.
Mineral Insulated Electric Trace Tubing
- cut-to-length parallel resistance MI Trace electric trace tubing consists
of single or double process tube(s) electrically traced with MI heating cable,
heat transfer foil wrap, non-hygroscopic glass fiber insulation, and 105° C black PVC jacket overall. Excellent for
applications above 400° F.
Stacktrace®- features
Teflon tubing which is electrically traced with either a self regulating,
constant wattage, or MI cable. Ideal for CEM systems that monitor pollutants
such as NOx, SO2, hydrocarbons, CO, CO2,
O2, and NH3. Stacktrace assures that gas stream
temperatures are monitored above the dew point, and conducts calibration gas
for sample train/analyzer calibration.
Sensi-Tube - specifically designed for
transfer, containment and control of specialty gases particularly hazardous,
highly concentrated and highly corrosive gases used in semiconductor
manufacturing. Available in a variety of configurations and colors to meet
critical design criteria in specialty applications.
SELF-RETRACTING AIR HOSE
Self-extracting, abrasion-resistant nylon and
NoMar polyurethane hose and hose assemblies (with end connections) for
long service life over a wide temperature range.

STAINLESS STEEL
and COPPER TUBING
The RG Group carries a variety of 316 and 304
seamless stainless steel tubing in stock from 1/8" OD to ½" OD
in a wide selection of wall thickness. Tubing comes in 20 foot (random) lengths
but can be cut for shipping UPS. Copper tubing is refrigeration grade coil
design.

EQUIPMENT
Use Parker's Parkrimp family of
crimpers with Parker No-Skive hose and fittings to make factory-quality hose
assemblies quickly and cost effectively. Parkrimp machines are simple to
operate, have no gauges to set, and are built to provide years of rugged use.
Parker's color-coded die trains keeps loose segments together while the
exclusive Parkalign™ feature positions the coupling just right every
time.
- Karrykrimp - weighing only 54 lbs., the
Karrykrimp is designed for portability and comes standard with a hand pump.
Electric, air/hydraulic, and battery-powered units also available. Capability:
