A Series Miniature Valves -

The A-mini valves offer a 10mm and 15mm wide package size incorporating all of the features required for medical, semi-conductor and high-tech packaging applications. Valves use a low-watt solenoid (6W) and capture pilot exhaust for clean room applications. Manifolds can use a 25-pin Sub-D collective wiring system.

B Series Valves -

The B Series family of compact, high performance valves utilizes Parker's WCS (Wear Compensation System) to provide wear compensated sealing for non-lube service through million of cycles. Unique manifold systems combine inline valves into flexible, low-cost pacages. You can even mount a variety of sizes as wel as functions on one manifold. With a wide choice of functions, voltages and options, these solenoid and remote pilot operated vavles are ideal for packaging assembly and factory floor automation applications.

"42" Series -

PVLB10 Series -

The PVLB10 Series modular stacking system has two forms of collective wiring (25 or 35 pin) which communicate to the valves via interconnect boards. The no-wire stack system facilitates "plug & play" design. Feedback and output modules can be combined into the valve stack to further enhance the valves' adaptability into machine systems. Stacks are designed for mounting onto 35mm DIN rail.

PVL Series -

The PVL Series family of compact valves are designed for mounting to 35mm DIN rails. Easy in, easy out stack assembly speeds installation and makes future configuration changes or service fast and simple. Output ports available either threaded or with instant tube fittings. Thin valve cross sections allow for more valve outputs in a smaller package. Also available in inline version.

"F" Series -

Plug-in style mounting simplifies installation and reduces downtime. F Series valves utilize Parker's WCS (Wear Compensation System). WCS offers a wear compensated sealing system for non-lube service through millions of cycles. Encapsulated, low-watt (1.8W) coils provide maximum life, even under continuous duty service. Sandwich regulators, pressure select regulators and sandwich flow controls promote flexible designs in single manifold packages. Maniflod offer 25-pin Sub-D for a completely wireless system.

H Series - ISO Interchange Valves -

ISO valve patterns are globally interchangeable between manufacturers. Designed for non-lube service for millions of trouble-free cycles. A full complement of sandwich regulators and flow controls add to the flexibility of the H Series. ISO 5599/1 includes 22mm and 30mm CNOMO solenoid pilots, as well as NEMA 4 "Automotive" style mini and micro connectors. ISO 5599/2 valves have body to base plugs which high wiring and make valve replacement fast and easy.

"N" Series -

Ball & Plug Valves

Ball Valves- provide positive stop action for full shut-off. Parker's ball valve bodies are machined from high quality CA 377 forgings. Highly inert PTFE seats and seals resist chemical corrosion. These valves provide extended service life and resist failure caused by severe temperature applications.

Plug Valves- have a compact design featuring nitrile seals and a one-piece extruded brass body, offering campatibility with a wide range of materials. Parker valves feature 1/4 turn shutoff for ease of operation. All plug valves are 100% leak tested and are certified to be leak free to one SCCM.

Serial Addressable Module
Generation 2.1 -

Serial Addressable Modules (SAM) allow banks of pneumatic directional control valves to be driven from a PC or programmable logic controller. Serial communication reduces wiring and installation costs for materials and labor. Communication, status and I/O LED’s simplify troubleshooting. A switched output power option allows outputs to be controlled by an emergency stop circuit without disabling the communications module. The Serial Addressable Modules feature rugged construction to withstand hostile plant environments. A unit consists of a communications module and input and/or output modules. The SAM is compatible with Parker AL, F3, A4, A6, ISO, and B Series Valves.

Serial Addressable Module-
Generation 3.0

SAM Generation 3.0 modules are designed for simplicity and power. Typical applications include areas of control requiring one to four valves with sensor feedback needs located a distance from the central control panel. SAM Generation 3.0 allows users to wire up to 4 external inputs (such as actuator proximity switches) back to the valve. Perfect for applications where space is a premium, the SAM 3.0 package takes up only slightly more space than the standard valve/base assembly it is attached to. Available on valves ranging from 0.6 to 13 Cv and ports from 1/8" to 1 1/4"

Rotary Plug Valves

Compact quarter-turn valves are manufactured from stainless steel or brass bar stock and offered in a variety of port connections. The straight-thru design provides minimum pressure drop.

Sample Cylinders

Parker sample cylinders permit samples to be drawn from remote processes and provide safe containment during transfer to the laboratory for analysis.

Needle Valves

Parker General Purpose- needle valves, forged and bar stock bodies, provide flexibility when designing miniaturized tubing or piping systems up to ½". Available with port connections. Tube (CPI or A-lok), NPT male or female, ABW or Weld-lok. Color coded handles for valves where applicable. Applications for general purpose shut-off, coarse regulation, and severe service.

Barstock Needle Valves- are compact design for direct mounting onto sample cylinders. All metal R stem or soft Kel-F® stem tips. 316 SS T-Bar handles and round anodized aluminum handles available.

CYMAX DIAPHRAGM VALVES - The CyMax diaphragm valve offers maximum reliability for your critical ultra-high purity gas systems applications. The 316L Stainless Steel diaphragms are welded to the poppet and body to create a hermetically sealed assembly. By eliminating the threaded bonnet, Mid Atlantic offers you the most compact valve on the market.

UHP BELLOWS VALVES - Ultra High Purity Bellows Valves use a unique straight-through full flow bore that positions the bellows assembly out of the flow path when the valve is open. There are no moving parts, restricted paths or bends that would reduce flow and generate particulate. These features allow the UHP Bellows Valves to maintain the highest purest gas flow with minimal pressure drop.
