HOSE FITTINGS

• Flanges - available in SAE Code 61, Code 62, and Caterpillar^® style. Flanges come in an array of bent tube configurations and sizes including jump sizes. Sizes: 1/2" thru 1 1/2". Pressure: up to 6000 psi.
• Seal Lok - designed with a flat face and O-ring to create the optimal seal for leak-free hydraulic applications. Sizes: 1/4" thru 1 1/2". Pressure: up to 6000 psi.
• Metric - fittings are available in DIN, BSP, ISO, French, and JIS configurations. Sizes: 1/4" / 4mm thru 2" / 38mm. Pressure: up to 6000 psi
• JIC/37º and SAE 45º - flared fittings come in shapes and sizes to meet most connection requirements. Sizes: 1/4" thru 2". Pressure: up to 6000 psi. Parker fittings incorporate a dual seat in most sizes except in 3/8" and 3/4".
• SAE 100R5 Air Conditioning - fittings available in shapes and sizes that meet most SAE 100R5 hose and air conditioning hose applications. Sizes: 3/16" thru 1 13/16". Pressure: up to 3000 psi.
• SAE Straight Thread - fittings provide leak free port connection, the threads hold fitting in place while O-ring creates seal. Sizes: 1/4" thru 1 1/4". Pressure: up to 6000 psi.
• Pipe Fittings - fittings create a metal-to-metal seal. Threads of the fitting mate with the threads of the connecting port or coupling. Sizes: 1/4" thru 2". Pressure: up to 6000 psi.

Intru-Lok® Fittings-

A flareless bite-type fitting designed for copper and plastic tubing systems. It's captive ferrule bites the outer surface of the tubing with sufficient strength to hold the tube against pressure.

• Material: brass
• Sizes: 1/8" thru 1/2"
• Pressure: 1500 psi

Triple-Lok® Fittings -

A 37° flared type fitting that meets SAE J514 specifications. It provides an effective metal-to-metal seal between the fitting nose and the flared tube end. Available with NPT, SAE straight thread, British and metric port connections.

Pipe Fittings-

Available with NPT and SAE straight thread port ends. Pipe (NPT) fittings depend on a metal to metal seal between the mating threads. Straight thread adapters rely on an elastomeric (o-ring) seal.

Prestolok® Fittings -

One piece brass fittings for use with polyethylene, nylon or soft metal tubing and polyurethane tubing.

Prestolok II® Fittings -

Compact one-piece brass fittings with an engineered plastic body and brass/stainless steel components. For use with nylon, polyethylene and polyurethane tubing.

Presto® Encapsulated Cartridges -

Self-aligning press-fit cartridges available with color-coded release buttons. For use with nylon, polyethylene, polyurethane and soft metal tubing.

Brass Manifolds -

Convenient junction for multi-branch distribution lines for pneumatic applications.

Poly-Tite® Fittings -

Compact brass compression fittings with an exclusive sleeve that grips plastic tubing even when systems pressure exceeds tubing burst point. For use with high-quality thermoplastic and soft metal tubing.

Euro Brass Fittings -

A complete selection of brass adapters, pre-assembled compression fittings, pneumatic integrated fittings, and brass and plastic Prestolok fittings in metric sizes for threaded pipe and tubing. Working pressures and temperatures ranges are dependent upon the fittings, and type and size of tubing.

Dubl-Barb® Fittings -

Compact, one piece push-on barbed fittings for quick, economical connections with high quality polyethylene tubing.

• Working Pressure: to 150 PSI (1/4" & 3/8" tubing);
  to 100 PSI (1/2" tubing)

Hose Barb Fittings -

Beaded and taper barbed fittings with pipe threads made to Dryseal standards. for use with low pressure air hose in pneumatic applications.

Parker ultra high pressure fittings have a 58/60 degree coned and threaded tubing design for high pressure applications. With small bore sizes, they have a maximum working pressure rating of 60,000 psi.

Parker’s durable PFA fittings have been engineered to be leak-free in pressure applications (0-120 psi). The all wetted surfaces are of chemically inert corrosion resistant PFA Teflon. Typical applications for Teflon products include semiconductor manufacturing, chemical, food, pharmaceutical processing, and biomedical and analytical instrumentation.
