Ball Valve design is seat wear compensating
- Micro finished ball for
positive shut-off.
PARKER MINIATURE BALL VALVES -
Parker Miniature Instrumentation
Ball Valves, with their rugged compact design, offer positive shut
off of fluids in process, power and instrumentation applications. These valves
are available in 2-way and 3-way configurations, brass and stainless steel
construction, with a wide variety of port connections. Also, all ports are
suitable as inlets to full operating pressure of the valve.
SWING-OUT BALL VALVES -
These are designed for positive leak tight shut-off of
fluids in process, power and instrumentation application. A 90° rotation
of the stem provides quick on-off service for both manual and remote actuated
valves. Its roddable, straight though flow path provides maximum flow with
minimum pressure drop across the seat.
HIGH PRESSURE
3-WAY BALL VALVES -
For switching, mixing, fill and
vent applications where positive shut-off and quick operations are required at
pressures to 10,000 psig.
Rotary Plug Valves
Compact quarter-turn valves are
manufactured from stainless steel or brass bar stock and offered in a variety
of port connections. The straight-thru design provides minimum pressure
drop.
Sample Cylinders Parker sample cylinders permit samples to be drawn from remote
processes and provide safe containment during transfer to the laboratory for
analysis.
Needle
Valves
Needle valves are available in forged or bar stock bodies
with port sizes up to one inch. Applications include multi-turn shut-off and
coarse regulation in moderate to severe service pressures and
temperatures.
Metering Valves

The RG Group offers a
broad line of precision metering valves for use in analytical instrumentation,
research laboratories and other applications. The valves are designed to
provide accurate and stable control of low gas and liquid flow rates. A variety
of connection sizes, body patterns, and materials of construction provide
considerable application versatility.
Adjustable
Relief Valves RG offers
proportional relief valves with externally adjustable pressure settings.
Optional manual override permits relief of pressure regardless of the set
point.
Check
Valves
Provide unidirectional control of liquids
and gases and are offered in numerous sizes and variety of inch/metric port
connections, including CPI and A-LOK compression and male and
female NPT.
Ultra High Purity
Valves
DIAPHRAGM & BELLOWS VALVES
- Parker UHP Diaphragm and Bellows valves
provide a
contaminant free, positive shut-off for high purity gas/fluid systems. These
1/4" - 1/2" size analytical and process control valves offer superior
leak integrity for manually and pneumatically actuated applications with
pressure ranges from vacuum to 3500 psig.
CYMAX DIAPHRAGM VALVES -
The CyMax diaphragm valve offers maximum
reliability for your critical ultra-high purity gas systems applications. The
316L Stainless Steel diaphragms are welded to the poppet and body to create a
hermetically sealed assembly. By eliminating the threaded bonnet, Mid Atlantic
offers you the most compact valve on the market.
CvMax FULL FLOW BELLOWS VALVES
-
All SAES Parker UHP Bellows Valves ause a
unique straight-through full flow bore that positions the bellows assembly out
of the flow path when the valve is open. There are no moving parts, restricted
paths or bends that would reduce flow and generate particulate. These features
provide the highest gas flow with minimal pressure drop. Bulk Gas Systems Valves
A broad line of valves and
integrated components for bulk
gas and facility distribution applications. Valves ranging in size from
1/2" - 6" include springless and non-rising stem designs with a
variety of end connections, and purge port options. features:
- Straight through bore provides maximum flow
with minimal turbulence
- 316L Stainless
Steel VIM/VAR or AOD/VAR body material minimizes sulfur and reduces impurities
that cause surface anomalies
- Stainless Steel packless bellows design for
critical application
- Replaceable
nickel gasket for atmospheric seal
- UHP electropolished finishes available at 5,
7, 10 and GP finishes at 20 Ra
- Color-coded handles available.
Veriflo
Division
Regulators, Valves and Transducers
Veriflo Division's components offer precision
control and handling of fluids and gases used in the manufacture of
semiconductor ICs, sampling applications in the analytical, chemical,
petrochemical and medical industries.
The pressure reducing regulators and
transducers are used in gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes and OEM process
equipment. The instrumentation valves and regulators are utilized in gas
analyzers and sampling systems.
REGULATORS, TRANSDUCERS, PRESSURE
and INLINE FLOW SWITCHES
[Top

Pressure Regulators - precise control for air applications. Stainless
steel, brass, and aluminum.
Pre-Set Pressure Regulators -
A unique set pressure
regulators that uses a pressure-sensing assembly to control delivery pressure.
Unlike conventional regulators that use a heavy spring against a stiff
diaphragm, this assembly provides an exact pressure reference rather than a
spring reference. The assembly is charged with argon to precisely set the
desired process gas delivery pressure.
Transducers -
I/P, E/P, and P/I
types
High Purity Pressure Transducers
-
Manufactured in a Class 10 clean room environment. Single port and flow through
pressure transducers are specifically designed for the semiconductor
industry.
Vacuum, Gauge
and Absolute Pressure Switches - FOR HIGH PURITY APPLICATIONS... Designed and developed
for high purity process applications. These applications include the monitoring
and control of gas delivery systems, vacuum pumps/chambers and process media
recovery systems. The switches are; unaffected by exposure to high vacuum,
resistant to shock & vibration, small size for easy installation and have
electron beam welds for "leak-tight" integrity.
FOR PROCESS
APPLICATIONS
Designed for process applications and are factory set to
your specification and can be easily modified. Their construction makes them
suitable for a wide range of media including air, inert gases, hydraulic fluid,
oils, and other non-corrosive media.
Teflon Pressure Switches -
Fixed and
adjustable pressure switches designed for use in corrosive high purity gas and
wet process applications where 316L stainless steel is not acceptable. The
design advantages include a crush seal for leak tight integrity plus external
plastic parts that remain unaffected by chemical spills or splashes.
Inline Flow Switches -
Small and accurate flow switches are compatible with a wide range
of media and feature a simple operating principle for years of trouble-free
service. Common use include pump & heater control, low and high flow
warnings, and pump safety shutoff.
