P5T ISO Thrust Slides-

P5T Series thrust slides are designed for heavy duty short stroke applications where mounting envelopes are limited and substantial side load is present. The unitized body integrates a low profile cylinder and comes standard with top and rear ports; side porting is optional. Bumpers are also built into the body. Options include: switches, BSPP porting, flow controls, corrosion resistant shafting, flurorocarbon seals, external stop collars and dual tool plates.

HBT Series Guided Cylinders-

The HBT Series H-body thrust slide is designed for guided linear motion applications and features an anodized, one-piece aluminum body with tapped and counterbored through holes for mounting flexibility. A patented alignment coupler allows the piston rod to self center. Available options include switches and inductive proximity sensors, oversized shafting, shock absorbers, bumpers, adjustable stop collars, flow controls, fluorocarbon seals, 3-position cylinders. The HBT Series is ideal for applications such as material handling, packaging, assembly, parts transfer, clamping and other automation operations.

XL Series -
Base, Reach & Thrust Slides

Available in base, thrust or reach version, XL Series slides deliver accurate, torque resistant linear motion by combining a pair of case hardened support shafts and four bushings. An anodized extruded aluminum housing with square nut "T" slots provides flexible mounting. A piston magnet for position sensing is standard. Options include inductive proximity sensors, Hall Effect and reed swithces, bumpers, shock abosorbers, adustable stop collars, flow controls, fluorocarbon seals, stainless steel shafting, dowel pin holes and composite bushings. 100 PSIG maximum operating pressure

PV Series -

Unique construction provides high torque in a compact, lightweight package. Single or double-vane actuators are permanently lubricated for trouble-free service and low breakaway. Options include: stroke adjusters, bumpers, rear porting, fluorocarbon seals and magnets for Hall Effect or reed switches.

WR Series Wrist Rotators -

Rugged actuators provide added features to allow use as a modular pick-and-place component or as a precision pneumatic actuator. Features include hydraulic shock absorbers or polyurethane bumpers and optional plug-in style inductive proximity sensors.

XR Series -

Economical compact, high-performance actuators offer rugged internal components packaged in a precision, unitized aluminum housing. Numerous options include: bumpers, cushions, shock absorbers, stroke adjusters, flow controls and anti-backlash.

PTR Series -

Rugged, reliable single or double-rack actuators provide superior performance with the broadest torque range in the industry. A wide choice of options for unmatched application flexibility including three-position, anti-backlash, position sensing and integral air/oil units are available.

HP Series Large Bore Actuators -

Rugged, large bore actuators provide reliability in heavy-duty applications. Through-hardened, high quality chromium alloy steel is used for the rack and pinion to provide maximum shock resistance and strength while minimizing wear. Self-compensating, wear resistant lipseals provide minimum friction, low breakaway and long life with minimum downtime. Can be operated with no added lubrication.

GRIPPERS

Angular Grippers -

GA Series angular grippers provide 30º or 180º gripping motion for pick and place applications. 12 to 27 lb gripping force. 1" and 1 1/2" bore sizes. Non-lube service for pressures to 150 PSIG.

H2 Series grippers provide extremely high force output with a unique linkage design that multiplies the force to the fingers. Standard movement is 30º. Protective boot keeps out contamination.

• Angular grippers with 30º and 180º gripping motion
• Machined steel gripper fingers have multiple holes for mounting end effect tooling.
• Options include proximity sensors, flow controls and high-temperature seals.

Parallel Grippers -

P5G Series parallel grippers are precise, reliable and provide a very high grip force to weight ratio at low cost. Two jaw designs, standard and maximum force open or maximum force closed, are available for custom solutions. Options include double acting, spring assist, flow controls and flush mounted position switches. Operating pressure to 100 PSIG.

Par-Frame™ System -

The ParFrame™ system provides an economical alternative to fabricating industrial machine frames, work stations and enclosures. ParFrame anodized aluminum profiles eliminate the need to weld and paint and give a clean, pleasing appearance. Simple hand tools, provide speedy assembly. With a wide selection of profiles, connecting components and accessories, you have unlimited flexibility. All aluminum profiles are made to metric standards with connecting hardware available in both metric and inch standards. Since the system is modular by design, most components can be disassembled and reconfigured as project requirements change.
