Rugged steel prelubricated cylinder for heavy-duty pneumatic applications. Operating pressures to 250 PSIG. High strength tie rods and piston rod. Three rod end options. Cushions available. Linear alignment coupler available for threaded male rod end.

2MA Series Cylinders -
Non-Lube Aluminum NFPA interchange

Economical, lightweight aluminum cylinders are NFPA interchangeable. Available single or double end with custom option. Non-lube service for operating pressures to 250 PSI.

• Rated at 250 psi – nominal air pressure
• 8 Bore sizes (1-1/2" through 8") in 16 standard mounting styles
• Standard temperature ranges from -10° F to +165° F; with Viton seals to +250° F

The Series MP cylinder is a metric cylinder with lightweight aluminum construction and two rod options that meet ISO 6431 and VDMA24562. This cylinder has cushions available, non-lube service and operates with pressures to 10 bar. The MP has an option rod locking device feature called MPRL. The locking device, which locks in both directions, is of the air-spring activated type and is integrated into the front (head) cover of the cylinder.

S Series Universal Midget -

The S Series universal midget cylinders are factory pre-lubed and are available in double acting or single acting options. The cylinder also offers a fixed cushion option as well as a choice of standard or oversized rods. The S Series cylinder combines premium quality features with multiple mounting styles and is designed and built for maximum performance and reliability.

P Series Cylinders -

The P Series cylinder is a quality, high performance, compact round cylinder that is lightweight. It was designed for those application where cost, performance and repairability are critical. The P Series cylinder is pre-lubricated and is available in double acting, spring extend and spring retract models. This cylinder has a round aluminum body and offers optional cushions.

P1M Series Cylinders -

Efficient, space saving design for when space is at a premium. A unique internal transfer tube provides for four different porting options. Magnetic piston sensing switches fit flush with the cylinder body to economize space and simplify machine automation. Two types of bearing options allow for the most compact cylinder design or give the maximum bearing surface when needed. Customized stroke lengths are available to meet your application requirements.

LP/LPM Series Cylinders -

The Series LP Low Profile Air Cylinder is designed and built to meet your demands for space saving, low cost actuators and to provide you with maximum reliability and cost effectiveness with minimum space requirements.

For applications when piston position sensing is required, the Series LPM cylinder is the choice for a low profile, economical cylinder. Reed and solid state switches, along with the magnetic piston, provide actuation points between or at either end of the cylinder.

SR Series Cylinders –
Light duty non-repairable

Cylinders feature 304 stainless steel round bodies for space-saving, low cost, high performance operation in light-duty applications. Single or double acting cylinders are pre-lubed. Pressures to 250 PSI. The latest feature for the SR Series cylinder is adjustable cushions, which are available on most bore sizes. These cushions feature a check seal cushion system and captive needle valves for safe and efficient control of cylinder deceleration.

• Rated at 250 psi - nominal air pressure
• 12 standard bore sizes (5/16" thru 3") in 28 standard mounting styles
• Pre-lubricated at factory for use with or without lubrication
