A
Series Miniature Valves -
The A-mini valves
offer a 10mm and 15mm wide package size incorporating all of the features
required for medical, semi-conductor and high-tech packaging applications.
Valves use a low-watt solenoid (6W) and capture pilot exhaust for clean room
applications. Manifolds can use a 25-pin Sub-D collective wiring
system.

B Series Valves
-
The B Series family of
compact, high performance valves utilizes Parker's WCS (Wear
Compensation System) to provide wear
compensated sealing for
non-lube service through million of cycles. Unique manifold systems combine
inline valves into flexible, low-cost packages. You can even mount a variety of
sizes as well as functions on one manifold. With a wide choice of functions,
voltages and options, these solenoid and remote pilot operated valves are ideal

"F" Series -
Plug-in style mounting simplifies installation and reduces
downtime. F Series valves utilize Parker's WCS (Wear Compensation System). WCS
offers a wear compensated sealing system for non-lube service through millions
of cycles. Encapsulated, low-watt (1.8W) coils provide maximum life, even under
continuous duty service. Sandwich regulators, pressure select regulators and
sandwich flow controls promote flexible designs in single manifold packages.

ISO valve
patterns are globally interchangeable between manufacturers. Designed for
non-lube service for millions of trouble-free cycles. A full complement of
sandwich regulators and flow controls add to the flexibility of the H Series.
ISO 5599/1 includes 22mm and 30mm CNOMO solenoid pilots, as well as NEMA 4
"Automotive" style mini and micro connectors. ISO 5599/2 valves have
body to base plugs which high wiring and make valve replacement fast and
easy.

"A4, A5, A6" Series-
Designed for
speed and durability, these rugged spool valves have full air operation for fast response. Encapsulated
coil is designed for long life and low power consumption. Plug-in mounting
simplifies installation and maintenance. Locking overrides are standard.
Variety of modular plug-in regulators. Operating pressures from vacuum to 250
PSIG.
"N" Series-
Compact inline design in three body sizes features a short stroke
poppet for fast, consistent response. Pre-lubed for non-lube service. Suitable
for low pressure and vacuum service with external pilot. Special service pilots
available for applications requiring continuous duty operation.
- 2 & 3-way
- 1/4 thru 1 1/2 inch ports
- Inline mounted
- Solenoid or remote air pilot
operated
"D & E" Series
-
Compact, stainless steel spool valves with
lightweight aluminum construction offer a wide range of rugged operations to
give solid performance and application flexibility. Choose from hand level,
knob, lockdown,
palm
button, roller, plunger, tripper, or whisker operators. 1/8" valves also
available in poppet design. Pressures to 150 PSIG for solenoid operated, to 200
for remote pilot and manual.
- 3 & 4 way, 2 & 3-position
- 1/8 & 1/4 inch ports
- Inline and subbase mounted
- 14 different manual/mechanical
operators
- CV =0.12 to
0.83
Limit Switches & Sensors
-
Miniature limit switches are available with
plunger, roller or roller
lever operators with 10-32 threaded or 5/32" instant tube
fittings. Standard duty limit switches with 5/32" instant tube fittings
offer plunger, whisker, roller and spring rod operators.
Threshold sensors provide electrical or
pneumatic feedback information on pneumatic (air) cylinder status. Ideal for
variable stroke application. Banjo fitting can be used with either pneumatic or
electrical sensor.
Blocking valves are designed for precise,
repeatable stopping of moving cylinders or to maintain the position of a
cylinder in the event of an air pilot signal loss. Port sizes from 1/8 to 1/2
inch and a choice of threaded or instant tube fittings.
- 3-way, 2 position miniature and standard
duty limit switches
- Cylinder port mounted threshold
sensors
- Blocking air control valves

BALL & PLUG VALVES
[Top of Page]
Ball Valves- provide
positive stop action for full shut-off. Parker's ball valve bodies are machined
from high quality CA 377 forgings. Highly inert PTFE seats and seals resist
chemical corrosion. These valves provide extended service life and resist
failure caused by severe temperature applications.

Plug Valves- have a
compact design featuring
nitrile seals and a one-piece extruded brass body, offering compatibility with
a wide range of materials. Parker valves feature 1/4 turn shutoff for ease of
operation. All plug valves are 100% leak tested and are certified to be leak
free to one SCCM.

SERIAL INTERFACE

Serial
Addressable Module
Generation 2.1 -
Serial Addressable Modules
(SAM) allow banks of pneumatic directional control valves to be driven from a
PC or programmable logic controller. Serial communication reduces
wiring
and installation costs for materials and labor. Communication, status and I/O
LEDs simplify troubleshooting. A switched output power option allows
outputs to be controlled by an emergency stop circuit without disabling the
communications module. The Serial Addressable Modules feature rugged
construction to withstand hostile plant environments. A unit consists of a
communications module and input and/or output modules. The SAM is compatible
with Parker AL, F3, A4, A6, ISO, and B Series Valves.
- "Plug &
Play" communication
- Maximum 32 inputs and 32 outputs
- Stand alone or with valve
manifold
- Compatible with DeviceNet,
Allen-Bradley Remote I/O, Honeywell's Smart Distributed System,
Interbus-S and Profibus DP
Serial Addressable Module-
Generation 3.0
SAM Generation 3.0 modules are designed for
simplicity and
power.
Typical applications include areas of control requiring one to four valves with
sensor feedback needs located a distance from the central control panel. SAM
Generation 3.0 allows users to wire up to 4 external inputs (such as actuator
proximity switches) back to the valve. Perfect for applications where space is
a premium, the SAM 3.0 package takes up only slightly more space than the
standard valve/base assembly it is attached to. Available on valves ranging
from 0.6 to 13 Cv and ports from 1/8" to 1 1/4"
- Self-contained valve module with
inputs
- Designed for one to four valves
- Maximum four solenoids and 4 external
inputs
