Storeroom Management

Consignment Inventory -
Our inventory is stored at your facility. Components are available as you need them. You will reduce purchase orders, expediting, freight charges and other purchasing related costs.

KanBan Inventory -
A "just in time" bin management program that reduces your purchasing costs and increases your inventory turns.

Storeroom Management

Bonded Inventory -
Dedicated inventory is stocked at our warehouse using your part numbers. Bonded inventory insures that your product will be delivered on time.

On-Site Bin Management -
We'll set up all your bins and a comprehensive database referencing your stock number, bin location, pre-determined min./max levels and the manufacturer's part number. On a regular and predetermined basis we will come in your plant and count your inventory. If a product is below a predetermined minimum, we'll create a requisition or automatically process an order and bring it in the next time and even put it away!

Inplant -
Our employee is physically located at your facility to assist with purchasing and inventory management.

Kitting -
Every day, you’re faced with obtaining many parts from a multitude of suppliers. Labor costs increase with numerous parts coming to the plant, which must be received, put into stock, and pulled... along with a lot of paperwork in the form of purchase orders and invoices. If one part from any supplier is late or back-ordered there can be costly downtime. RG's “Kit Operation” can streamline your orders by assembling components with a single packaged kit. We will source, consolidate, assemble, package, and ship your list of components to your specified location “just in time” under one part number!
