Rich Freeh, President and CEO of RG Group, headquartered in York, PA, announced the acquisition of Asdec, Inc. located in Souderton, Pennsylvania on May 2, 2016.
Asdec, Inc. Founded in 1986, Asdec is an automation and pneumatic distributor specializing in the pharmaceutical and medical markets in the Mid-Atlantic region. Asdec has built a solid reputation for providing customers with technical knowledge and automation expertise with a commitment to excellent customer service. Asdec provides customers with a variety of automation, packaging and material handling solutions. Effective immediately, Asdec customers will be serviced by RG Group. Asdec’s key vendors include DeStaCo / Robohand and American Feeder Systems.
